What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit/credit cards using the Square checkout system. We also accept cash, Venmo, and square at in-person events.

Can you ship my items? Can I meet up with you?

All store orders $40 or more ship FREE! Orders under $40 ship with tracking for an additional $8. I am always willing to meet up with customers in Deer Park, Loon Lake, Clayton, or North Spokane in the Wandermere shopping area. Let's find you the perfect gift!

Do you sell gift cards? Can you ship direct to my gift recipient?

Yes! You can find gift cards on the home page header.

How long until my order arrives?

Orders are shipped within 2 business days. Items are shipped via USPS or UPS and average delivery times of 2-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number to your email on file. During the holiday season, allow up to 7 business days; they are busy! PLEASE NOTE: Orders, including custom requests, will not ship until your invoice has been paid in full.

Do you take requests for special designs/occasions?

Yes! We can school colors, wedding pieces, custom name or date pieces, and more! Payment will be requested upfront prior to acquisition/creation. Custom designs may take additional time due to acquisition and creation of products.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We will offer an exact or similar replacement if an item breaks or is defective due to our error within 30 days of purchase. Do you have pets?

Yes, we have 2 dogs and 2 cats. We understand that this may be a concern for some shoppers, however we strive to prevent any product contact with animals.
